Silicone vacuum cups are a practical choice for robotic pick-and-place, packaging, food-handling equipment and other applications that need flexibility across a broad temperature range. This collection brings together BOLTTE flat, bellows, spherical, mini and heavy-duty silicone suction cup options, including cup-only models and assemblies with mounting fittings.

Choose the cup by workpiece surface, required movement and mounting geometry—not by diameter alone. A flat cup gives stable, fast gripping on smooth and relatively flat parts. Single- or multi-bellows cups adapt more easily to height variation, curved surfaces and angled pickup. Spherical and soft-profile cups are useful for delicate or irregular products. Heavy-duty designs provide a larger effective area and stronger support for sheet, panel and general material-handling applications.

How to select a silicone suction cup

  • Surface: smooth, textured, curved, oily or porous surfaces require different lip and profile choices.
  • Load and acceleration: allow a safety factor for robot acceleration, emergency stops and off-center loads.
  • Temperature and environment: confirm the actual operating temperature, cleaning chemicals and any food-contact requirement before ordering.
  • Movement: use bellows when the cup must compensate for height variation or approach angle.
  • Mounting: check thread, port direction, fitting style, stroke and available installation height.

Silicone or NBR?

Silicone is commonly selected for flexibility and higher-temperature handling. NBR is often preferred for wear resistance and contact with oil.
