Choosing an SBS cup for a curved workpiece
SBS30, SBS36, SBS32 Orange, SBS32 Blue and SBS37-6 are distinct selectable models. Compare the drawing with the actual curved contact area rather than choosing by colour or model number alone.
| Selection detail | What to check |
|---|---|
| SBS32 Orange and SBS32 Blue | Keep the selected colour/model label with the order; verify the relevant drawing. |
| Egg or delicate-part handling | Check local contact pressure, sealing and release on representative workpieces. |
| Production qualification | Validate vacuum level, acceleration and breakage risk in the complete handling process. |
Does the egg-handling description mean food-contact certification?
No. Application wording is not a compliance certificate. Obtain suitable material and hygiene documentation before using the cups in a regulated food process.
