Policy information updated September 14, 2026.

Google Analytics and Google Ads

Updated September 12, 2026. BOLTTE uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement to understand website visits, purchases and submitted quote requests. Analytics conversion events can be shared with our linked Google Ads account for campaign measurement and optimization. An email or WhatsApp button click does not confirm that a message was sent or an order was placed.

Depending on the interaction and available settings, data may include page URLs, event times, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, order value and currency, browser/device information, approximate location and cookie or advertising-click identifiers. Google may receive your IP address when your browser connects to its services. We do not intend to send private message contents, uploaded drawings, passwords, payment-card details or government ID numbers in analytics events.

Google and BOLTTE may use first-party cookies and advertising identifiers for attribution. Where advertising features such as remarketing are enabled and permitted, these may be used with Google's advertising cookies or identifiers to measure and personalize ads. Google processes information under its own policies and may process it outside your country. This notice does not activate additional advertising features.

You can manage browser cookies, use Google's ad settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. For privacy requests or to withdraw consent where applicable, email boltte@boltte.com. Where tracking requires consent, browsing or reading this policy does not provide that consent. See how Google uses information from partner sites.

Meta Pixel, Conversions API and Advertising

Updated September 7, 2026. This section explains the Meta advertising tools used on boltte.com and supplements the collection, use, sharing and choice provisions below.

What we use. BOLTTE uses Meta Pixel in your browser and the Meta Conversions API through SHOPLINE's server integration to send website event information to Meta, the provider of Facebook and Instagram. Events include page and product views and, when those actions occur and are supported by the integration, cart, checkout and purchase activity. Inquiry-button interactions may also be recorded. Clicking an email or WhatsApp button is not the same as sending an inquiry or completing an order.

Information involved. Depending on the event and information available, event data may include the page URL, event time, product identifiers, order value and currency, IP address, browser/device information, and cookie or advertising-click identifiers. When customer matching data is provided by the store integration, contact identifiers such as email address or telephone number may be sent in hashed form. Hashing does not make information anonymous. We do not intend to include the contents of your private messages, uploaded drawings, passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in advertising events.

Why data is shared. We use these tools to understand visits and inquiries generated by advertising, measure conversions and improve campaign performance. When enabled and permitted, website audiences may also be used for remarketing. Meta may associate event information with its users and process it for measurement, ad delivery and personalization under its own policies. Browser and server events can be matched to avoid counting the same action twice. Meta and SHOPLINE may process data in countries other than where you live.

Your choices. You can manage cookies in your browser and use Meta's advertising controls. Blocking browser cookies alone does not necessarily stop server-side event sharing. To ask about this processing, request access or deletion, withdraw consent where applicable, or object to or opt out of targeted-advertising data sharing where your law provides that right, email boltte@boltte.com with the subject "Privacy Request". We will assess and handle your request under applicable law. Where consent is legally required for advertising tracking, it is required separately; reading this policy or simply continuing to browse does not itself provide that consent.

For Meta's data practices and available controls, see the Meta Privacy Policy and Meta ad preferences information. You can contact us by email without using WhatsApp.

(III) Information Obtained from Third Parties

We receive payment status and transaction references from payment providers, and delivery updates from shipping providers, as needed to process your order. Our current customer account sign-in uses email and password; social-media sign-in is not currently connected. Google and Meta advertising data processing is described separately above.

III. Purpose and Method of Information Use

The personal information we collect will be strictly used for the following purposes and will not be used for any other unrelated purposes without your explicit consent or permission from laws and regulations:

1. Providing and maintaining services: such as account registration and login verification, order processing, logistics and delivery, service fulfillment, and customer service response to your inquiries and complaints;

If we use your personal information for purposes not specified in this policy, or change the purpose or method of processing, we will notify you in advance through prominent means and obtain your consent again.

IV. Information Storage and Protection

(I) Storage Method and Duration

We will use secure technical means and storage environments (including local servers and compliant cloud storage services) to store your personal information, ensuring that the information is not illegally accessed, tampered with, or leaked.

Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, we will only retain your personal information for the shortest period necessary to achieve the processing purpose. When the storage period expires or the service is terminated, we will take measures such as deletion and anonymization in accordance with the law to completely erase your personal information.

(II) Security Protection Measures

We have established a comprehensive personal information security management system, taking protective measures at the technical, managerial, and physical levels:

- Technical Safeguards: We employ technologies such as data encryption, access control, vulnerability scanning, and intrusion detection to prevent information leakage, tampering, and loss;

- Management Standards: We have formulated internal information security management systems and operating procedures, clearly defining job responsibilities, providing privacy protection training and assessments for employees, and restricting information access permissions;

- Emergency Response: We have established an emergency plan for personal information leakage. In the event of a security incident such as information leakage or loss, we will immediately activate the emergency response, take remedial measures, and notify you and relevant regulatory authorities within 72 hours (unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations).

Please note that the internet environment is not absolutely secure. Even with the above protective measures, we cannot completely avoid the potential risks to personal information during transmission. You should properly safeguard sensitive information such as account passwords and use public networks with caution.

V. Information Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure

We share personal information for the purposes described in this policy, including the Google and Meta advertising processing explained above, subject to applicable legal requirements and required permissions.

If personal information needs to be transferred due to company mergers, divisions, dissolutions, or bankruptcy, we will notify you in advance through prominent means, explaining the recipient's name, contact information, and rights and obligations, and legally requiring the recipient to continue to fulfill its privacy protection obligations. If the recipient changes the purpose of processing the information, they must obtain your consent again.

(III) Information Disclosure

We will not publicly disclose your personal information unless we obtain your separate consent, or unless required by law to fulfill our legal obligations or safeguard the public interest (anonymization will be applied when disclosing information to avoid identifying specific individuals).

VI. Your Personal Information Rights

In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law and other relevant laws and regulations, you have the legal rights to know, decide, inquire about, correct, delete, and withdraw consent regarding your personal information. - Objections and Complaints: If you have any objections to our information processing practices, you can contact customer service for feedback. If you are dissatisfied with the processing result, you may file a complaint with the relevant regulatory departments such as the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the State Administration for Market Regulation.

To protect your information security, we may require you to provide identity verification information when you exercise the above rights. After verification, we will respond to your request promptly and in accordance with the law.

VII. Protection of Minors' Information

We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should use this website under the guidance of your parents or legal guardians and provide personal information only with their consent.

For sensitive personal information collected from minors under the age of 14, we will follow the principles of "specific purpose, sufficiency and necessity, and strict protection," processing it only within the legal scope and informing their guardians of the relevant information processing in accordance with the law, obtaining their separate consent.
