M16 Anti-Rotation Stainless Steel Spring Vacuum Cup Mounting Fittings
M16 Anti-Rotation Stainless Steel Spring Vacuum Cup Mounting Fittings
Stainless-steel spring-buffer mounting fittings for industrial vacuum cups. The anti-rotation construction and internal bushing support stable vertical travel in automated handling assemblies.
- Three model-specific overall lengths: 72 mm, 81 mm and 101 mm
- M16 x 1 mounting thread and G1/8 connections shown in the technical drawings
- 20 mm hex and anti-rotation construction
- 10 mm, 20 mm and 25 mm stroke options according to the selected model drawing
- Model-specific product and dimensional images are provided
AFS M16 anti-rotation mounts: separate length from stroke
AFS-L72-M16-K, AFS-L81-M16-K and AFS-L101-M16-K are the three selectable stainless-steel mount configurations. The L-code identifies the overall-length family, not a stroke value to infer.
| Selection detail | What to check |
|---|---|
| Mounting interface | Verify the stated M16 x 1 thread against the fixture. |
| Vacuum and cup connections | Check G1/8 connection details and the mating hardware. |
| Travel and clearance | Read the selected drawing for stroke and compressed/extended installation space. |
Is the stainless-steel mount a complete suction cup?
This selection is mounting hardware. Confirm the compatible cup and supplied parts separately, and check the permitted loading of the complete assembly.

Applications / Suitable For
- Vacuum cup mounting in pick-and-place and packaging equipment
- Robotic end-of-arm tooling requiring controlled spring travel
- Industrial handling systems where cup rotation should be limited
Confirm the selected model drawing, mounting thread, port size, stroke, vacuum cup compatibility, load, acceleration and operating environment before use. No food-contact, medical or regulatory certification is claimed.
