Red Foam Vacuum Suction Cups for Robotic Grippers

SP, DP and MP series vacuum suction cups with red foam contact pads for robotic grippers, pneumatic automation, pick-and-place equipment and material handling.

  • Mounting-hole options: 8 mm standard head and 5 mm small head
  • Cup body color options: white and red on applicable models
  • Silicone cup body; source model drawings specify -30 to 200°C
  • Each variant has a corresponding technical drawing and dimensions

Select the required model and mounting hole. Red cup-body variants are identified by the Red prefix. Confirm all dimensions in the model-specific image before ordering.

Applications and Suitable Workpieces

Red Foam Vacuum Suction Cups for Robotic Grippers | SP, DP & MP Series: Foam contact pads conform to textured, slightly uneven or mildly porous workpieces that are difficult to seal with a plain rubber lip.

Recommended applications

  • Cardboard, cartons, coated or uncoated sheet material, textured plastic, wood panels, composites and other flat or slightly uneven parts.
  • Robot grippers, palletizing, depalletizing, panel transfer, pick-and-place and general material-handling systems.
  • Workpieces with small gaps, surface texture or height variation where the foam can bridge minor leakage paths.

Model and selection notes

  • Red and white body variants use the same series logic; match the SP, DP or MP profile and mounting hole shown in the model image.
  • Select the cup diameter and foam footprint according to the available contact area and required holding force.
  • Single-, double- and multi-layer bodies provide progressively more stroke and height compensation; choose the model shown in the technical drawing.
  • Foam wears during service and should be inspected regularly. Very porous stock may require a higher-flow vacuum source or multiple cups.
