PFYS Spring-Loaded Vacuum Cup Assemblies
Spring-loaded vacuum cup assemblies for industrial pick-and-place systems and robotic end-of-arm tooling. The guided spring stroke helps accommodate height variation and softens initial contact with the workpiece.
32 selectable configurations
60, 80, 95 and 105 mm cup diameters
10, 30, 50 and 70 mm spring-stroke options
Silicone cups in translucent white or nitrile-rubber cups in black
M16 x 1.5 mounting thread
PT1/8 vacuum port
22 mm across-flat hex size
Dimensions and model code are shown for each selectable configuration
PFYS: choose cup diameter and spring stroke independently
A PFYS option combines one of four cup diameters, one of four stroke options and an S/N material designation. Do not use cup diameter as a substitute for the required travel.

What to check
PFYS-60-10-S
Listed as a 60 mm cup, 10 mm stroke and silicone material.
10 / 30 / 50 / 70 mm stroke
Select for the height variation and available installation envelope.
M16 x 1.5 and PT1/8
Verify mounting and vacuum-port details, including the mating thread type.
Is the PT1/8 port automatically compatible with G1/8?
Do not treat these thread designations as equivalent. Verify thread geometry, engagement and sealing requirements, or specify a suitable adapter after checking both interfaces.

Packaging, assembly and material-handling automation
End-of-arm tooling that needs vertical compliance for uneven pickup heights
Confirm cup diameter, material, stroke, mounting thread, port, workpiece surface, vacuum level, payload, acceleration and operating environment before use. Silicone and nitrile rubber differ in wear, oil and temperature behaviour. No food-contact, medical, lifting-safety or regulatory certification is claimed.
