PBF-60 / PBF-70 / PBF-80 Vacuum Suction Cups

Vacuum suction cup assemblies for compatible industrial vacuum equipment, robotic end-effectors and automated material-handling systems. Choose the required cup diameter and rubber material, then confirm the drawing and connection details before ordering.

Quick selection

  1. Choose the cup diameter: select PBF-60, PBF-70 or PBF-80 according to the required suction-cup diameter and installation space.
  2. Choose the material: S indicates white silicone rubber; N indicates black nitrile rubber.
  3. Confirm the connection: the drawing shows PT 1/8 and M16 × 1.5 thread callouts for the selected option.
  4. Verify the complete option: compare the full product code, dimensions, compatible workpiece surface, vacuum level and installation clearance.

Product-code guide

PBF-[diameter]-[S/N]: cup diameter in millimetres, followed by S for white silicone rubber or N for black nitrile rubber. Each option displays its product view and dimensional drawing.

Suitable for

  • Industrial vacuum pick-and-place and packaging automation
  • Robotic end-effectors and handling fixtures
  • Replacement or retrofit work where the complete connection and dimensions have been matched

Before use

Confirm the selected product code, thread, dimensions, workpiece surface, vacuum level, payload, acceleration and operating environment before installation. No food-contact, medical, lifting-safety or regulatory certification is claimed.

FAQ

How do I choose S or N? Choose S for the white silicone option and N for the black nitrile option after evaluating material compatibility with the application. Can I select only by cup diameter? No. Match the full product code, thread, drawing and working conditions before ordering.
