JHP Oldham couplings use 304 stainless-steel hubs with a replaceable cross slider. The available configurations use an aluminum bronze or POM slider with clamp-type or set-screw hubs.
Model selection
- Thirty-seven physical size and material configurations.
- Outer diameters from 12 mm to 55 mm and model-specific lengths from 14.2 mm to 57 mm.
- Model-specific bore ranges from 4 mm to 25 mm.
- Model code: AB = aluminum bronze slider; POM = POM slider; C = clamp type; S = set-screw type.
- OD identifies outer diameter, L identifies overall length and B identifies the available bore range.
Ordering requirements
- State bore D1 and bore D2 in the order notes; the two bores may be different.
- State whether each side requires a through bore, keyed bore or no additional bore machining.
- For a keyed bore, include the keyway width, depth and orientation.
- Confirm shaft diameters, alignment, speed, torque, clearance and fastening method before installation.
