BOLTTE GB Flexible Shaft Couplings — 20, 25 and 39 mm Outer Diameter

GB flexible shaft couplings for compact encoder, servo and stepper-shaft connections. The aluminum-alloy hubs and flexible polymer element accommodate the model-specific outer diameter, length and bore selections shown in the drawings.

Model selection

  • Outer diameters: 20 mm, 25 mm and 39 mm.
  • Lengths: 24 mm, 28 mm, 31 mm, 32 mm, 38 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm and 56 mm as listed by model.
  • Set-screw pressure orientations are identified as reverse, positive/reverse or positive clamp types.
  • Bore choices are model-specific; the selected drawing shows D1 and D2 and the available bore range.

Ordering notes

  • State bore D1 and bore D2 in the order notes; the two bores may be different.
  • Also state the shaft diameters, whether a through bore or keyed bore is required, and any keyway dimensions.
  • Confirm the mating shaft spacing, alignment, speed, torque, clearance, fastening method and operating temperature before installation.

Dimensions in the model drawings are shown in millimetres. Verify the selected model and all interface dimensions against the equipment before use.
