BOLTTE CPB & CPBC Aluminum Bellows Shaft Couplings - 16-65 mm OD
BOLTTE aluminum bellows couplings connect motor and driven shafts in servo, stepper-motor, encoder and precision-motion assemblies. The metal bellows section provides high torsional stiffness while accommodating small axial, angular and parallel misalignment.
Configuration guide
- CPBC configurations use clamp hubs; CPB configurations use set-screw hubs.
- Standard outer diameters range from 16 mm to 65 mm.
- Overall length and supported bore range are shown in the configuration selector.
- Standard hubs are aluminum alloy with a stainless-steel bellows section.
Ordering and installation
- Select the required series, outer diameter, overall length and bore range.
- Enter both finished shaft bore dimensions, D1 and D2, in the order requirements.
- For the keyway add-on or custom stainless-steel configuration, provide complete machining dimensions before purchase.
- Confirm shaft tolerances, keyway requirements, torque, speed and installation clearance for the application.
- Align both shafts carefully and tighten the hub fasteners evenly.
