Custom CNC Machined Parts FAQ
What files should I send for quotation?
Send the latest 2D drawing and a 3D model when available, together with quantity, material, application and critical inspection requirements. A sample or reference image can add context but does not replace controlled dimensions.
Can I request a quote without every technical value?
Yes. Submit the information you have. Missing inputs are identified during review, but material, tolerances, finish, process and acceptance criteria are not assumed automatically.
How are tolerances, material and finish confirmed?
They are reviewed against the drawing and application, then documented in the written quotation or approved specification before manufacturing.
Can I request inspection or material documents?
Yes. List each required record in the RFQ. Availability, format, scope and any associated cost are confirmed for the project.
