PJYS Spring-Loaded Side-Port Vacuum Cup Assemblies – Silicone/NBR, 60–80 mm, 10/30 mm Stroke
PJYS Spring-Loaded Side-Port Vacuum Cup Assemblies
Spring-loaded vacuum cup assemblies for industrial pick-and-place, robotic end-of-arm tooling and handling systems. The compliant mount helps absorb approach variation, while the side vacuum port supports compact hose routing.
- Twelve selectable configurations covering 60, 70 and 80 mm cup diameters
- 10 mm or 30 mm spring travel
- Translucent-white silicone or black nitrile-rubber cup options
- M16 x 1.5 mounting thread and 22 mm wrench flats
- PT1/8 side vacuum port
- 6 mm guide-rod diameter
- Dimensional drawings support model and installation-space selection
How to choose a PJYS vacuum cup assembly
Select the complete model by cup diameter, spring travel and material. For example, PJYS-70-30-N combines a 70 mm cup, 30 mm spring travel and black nitrile rubber. Match the cup diameter to the available sealing area, then check the required approach compensation and installed clearance. Spring travel is not a holding-force rating.
Confirm the M16 × 1.5 mounting thread and PT1/8 side vacuum connection against the selected drawing and existing tooling. Compare silicone and nitrile rubber using the vacuum cup material selection guide, and confirm the exact compound for your operating conditions.
Before ordering, check the workpiece surface, available vacuum, load and acceleration. The vacuum cup holding-force and diameter guide explains the calculation approach; validate the selected assembly under actual operating conditions.
Selection & Installation Guides
For the side port, installed height and spring travel, use the holder guide alongside the selected PJYS drawing. Keep the material and force references already provided above.
Applications / Suitable For
- Robotic pick-and-place, transfer and sorting equipment
- Packaging, sheet handling and general industrial automation
- End-of-arm tooling that benefits from vertical compliance and side hose routing
Confirm cup diameter, material, spring travel, mounting thread, port, workpiece surface, vacuum level, load, acceleration and operating environment before use. Silicone and nitrile rubber differ in wear, oil and temperature behaviour. No food-contact, medical, lifting-safety or regulatory certification is claimed.
