BOLTTE PJG vacuum suction cups are designed for handling applications where contact marking should be minimized. The selected model determines the cup diameter, elastomer and fitting configuration shown in its dimension drawing.
Model selection
- Cup diameters: 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, 15 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 30 mm, 35 mm, 40 mm and 50 mm, depending on model.
- N models use black NBR rubber; S models use white silicone rubber.
- Fitting configurations include PEEK-M5, PEEK-M6 and PE-A5 as identified in the selected model.
- All dimensions in the product drawings are shown in millimetres.
Selection notes
- Match the exact model, cup diameter, material and fitting to the equipment interface.
- Confirm the mating thread, available installation space and surrounding clearances before installation.
- Verify the workpiece surface, vacuum level, load, motion, orientation and operating temperature for the application.
Use the selected model drawing as the dimensional reference and verify every interface dimension before use.
