Products and orders

Check the selected model, dimensions, material, fitting, quantity and delivery address before ordering. Prices and product images can differ by model. Contact us before purchase if compatibility or specifications are unclear. A request for a quotation by email or WhatsApp is not a confirmed order.

For custom-made or modified items, the specifications, quantity, price and production schedule should be confirmed in writing before payment. A custom payment link refers to the agreed quotation; its displayed unit amount is not a general price for an unspecified finished product.

Prices and payment

Review the currency, selected-model price, shipping method and final total at checkout before authorizing payment. Use the payment methods displayed at checkout; card options through PayPal depend on customer eligibility. A quote request does not authorize a charge. No changes to an agreed order price or specification should be accepted without your agreement.

Shipping and delivery

Standard in-stock orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery is estimated at 9-18 business days in total, including processing. Express delivery is estimated at 4-8 business days after dispatch. Custom production schedules are confirmed with the quotation. Delivery estimates are not a guaranteed arrival date.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours, to request a cancellation or change. We will try to help before processing or dispatch; statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected. Standard in-stock products have a 14-calendar-day return request period after delivery. Custom-made items are excluded from change-of-mind returns, without removing rights for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Read the full return and refund conditions before ordering.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies under applicable law. Changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to orders already placed.
