G & T Series Silicone Vacuum Suction Cups

G-series and T-series silicone vacuum suction cup models with black foam.

  • G-series models: G35, G45, G55, G65, G75 and G85
  • T-series models: T20, T25, T30, T40, T50, T60, T70 and T80
  • Each model includes a corresponding dimensional drawing

Select the exact model and confirm the dimensions shown in its image before ordering.

Drawing examples: compare the model, not the number alone

G and T model numbers are not a substitute for the dimensions in the selected drawing. The four examples below show the lower overall width and total height marked on the current model images; they are not effective sealing diameters or holding-force ratings.

Model Lower width shown Total height shown Thread shown
G35 39 mm 29 mm M10 × 1.0
G45 48 mm 28.5 mm M10 × 1.0
T20 23 mm 35.5 mm M10 × 1.0
T80 83 mm 61 mm M10 × 1.0

These are four drawing examples, not a specification table for all 14 models. Confirm the complete selected drawing, available contact area, mounting clearance and actual vacuum during the handling cycle. Total height is not usable compression or spring travel.

For rough or porous workpieces, compare the selection checks in the foam vacuum gripper and suction cup collection. The vacuum cup holding-force guide explains effective sealed area and load calculations; do not substitute the outside width for effective area or rely on a sealed-surface calculation where leakage prevents the required vacuum.

Applications and Suitable Workpieces

G & T Series Silicone Vacuum Suction Cups | Black Foam: Foam contact pads conform to textured, slightly uneven or mildly porous workpieces that are difficult to seal with a plain rubber lip.

Recommended applications

  • Cardboard, cartons, coated or uncoated sheet material, textured plastic, wood panels, composites and other flat or slightly uneven parts.
  • Robot grippers, palletizing, depalletizing, panel transfer, pick-and-place and general material-handling systems.
  • Workpieces with small gaps, surface texture or height variation where the foam can bridge minor leakage paths.

Model and selection notes

  • G and T series use different geometries and size ranges. Do not substitute by diameter alone; match the technical drawing and mounting dimensions.
  • Select the cup diameter and foam footprint according to the available contact area and required holding force.
  • Body profile and overall height vary by model. Match the selected drawing to the available installation space and mounting interface; confirm usable compression or height compensation separately.
  • Foam wears during service and should be inspected regularly. Very porous stock may require a higher-flow vacuum source or multiple cups.
