SPB cup, assembly and fitting selection
The SPB selector contains several cup profiles, threaded assemblies and separate fittings. Identify the complete family and supplied configuration before evaluating the workpiece or mounting interface.
| Example option group | Check before ordering |
|---|---|
| SPB4 / SPB4F / SPB3 / SPB4A | Match the exact cup profile and model drawing. |
| Models ending in AG External Thread or IG Internal Thread | Select the required external- or internal-thread configuration and full connection label. |
| SPB1-G... fittings marked (30/40) | Check the listed fitting and cup group; do not mistake it for an SPB1 polyurethane cup. |
| SPB2F-20 Green Silicone | Cup and threaded versions are separate selections. |
Material and usable stroke must be confirmed for the selected model, not inferred from the SPB family name. For flexible bags, test the actual film and pickup position; for porous cartons, check leakage and vacuum flow. Neither application establishes a rated payload. The separate SPB1 page is the polyurethane-cup comparison.
