SPB1 Polyurethane Corrugated Vacuum Suction Cups & Fittings: These packaging cups are intended for carton, cardboard and rigid-package handling where surface porosity, panel flex and height variation must be accommodated.

Recommended applications

• Corrugated boxes, carton blanks, trays, rigid packaging and cardboard sheets.
• Carton erecting, magazine feeding, case packing, palletizing, depalletizing and top- or side-loading machines.
• Flat, curved or slightly uneven package panels requiring short cycle times and reliable level compensation.

Model and selection notes

• SPB1 size identifies cup diameter. Cup-only and male/female-thread assemblies must be selected according to the holder interface.
• Bellows models provide additional stroke for curved or height-varying panels; flatter models give more stable positioning on rigid surfaces.
• Polyurethane and wear-resistant compounds are preferred for repeated high-cycle contact with abrasive board.
• Porous cardboard can leak through the surface. Confirm vacuum flow, cup quantity, spacing and safety factor on the actual carton.
