BOLTTE Aluminum Diaphragm Couplings

Clamp-style aluminum diaphragm couplings for servo motors, stepper motors, ball screws, encoders and precision motion systems. Choose the disc configuration, outside diameter, overall length and bore range shown in the model selector.

Available Configurations

  • Single-disc, double-disc and triple-disc versions.
  • Outside diameters from 19 to 94 mm.
  • Specified bore ranges from 3 to 52 mm, depending on the selected size.
  • Aluminum alloy hubs with diaphragm elements for precise torque transmission.

Aluminum diaphragm couplings: disc count and envelope

Choose single-, double- or triple-disc construction together with the exact outside diameter, length and bore range. Equal outside diameters can have different lengths and supported bores.

Does adding discs establish a higher torque rating?

No rating should be inferred from disc count alone. Confirm the selected model's torque, speed and misalignment limits for the application.
