GS, GR or XL spider: identify the replacement element
These are polyurethane coupling inserts, not complete hub-and-insert assemblies. Match the series and geometry to the installed hubs before comparing outside diameter.
| Selection detail | What to check |
|---|---|
| GS solid inserts | Use the full GS model and dimensions for the existing coupling. |
| GR hollow inserts | Do not substitute solely because the outside diameter matches a GS insert. |
| XL inserts | Confirm the XL hub geometry and selected size separately from GS/GR families. |
Does a matching outside diameter guarantee fit?
No. Tooth/jaw profile, thickness and hub geometry must also match. Confirm material and operating requirements if hardness or a specific performance grade is important.

Ordering notes
- Select the exact series, model, outside diameter and solid or hollow configuration shown in the option name.
- Confirm the matching hub jaw geometry and existing insert dimensions before ordering.
- Confirm torque, speed, operating temperature, start-stop frequency and service environment for the intended application.
All dimensions in the model names are in millimetres. Verify compatibility against the actual coupling before installation.
