BOLTTE 45 Steel XL Star Jaw Couplings - Keyway, Clamp, Straight and Split Types
BOLTTE XL-series flexible jaw couplings use black-oxide 45 steel hubs and a polyurethane star elastomer. The listed models cover keyway, clamp, straight and split-clamp hub configurations for motor, pump, compressor and general power-transmission connections.
Configuration range
- Keyway type: XL0 through XL14, with 30-320 mm outer diameters.
- Clamp type: XL1 through XL10, including three XL1 lengths.
- Straight type: XL0 through XL10.
- Split-clamp type: XL1 through XL8.
Ordering notes
- Select the exact model, outer diameter, overall length and bore range shown in the option name.
- State the required finished bore for each hub in the order notes. Confirm whether the two bores are equal or different.
- For keyed bores, state the keyway width, depth and applicable shaft standard. For clamp and split-clamp types, confirm the shaft fit and fastening arrangement.
- Confirm torque, speed, radial and angular misalignment, shaft spacing, operating temperature and service environment before ordering.
All dimensions in the model names are in millimetres. Verify the selected coupling and interface dimensions against the actual equipment before installation.
