Pivot Joints for Aluminum Profiles, Zinc-Alloy and Aluminum Types
Non-standard custom made. Pivot-joint connectors for aluminum extrusion frames. Select the exact profile reference, material and supply configuration. The displayed price is for one selected joint or kit. Photographs of several parts or an assembled frame do not change the supplied quantity.
Materials and Configuration
Zinc-alloy and aluminum joint bodies are separate configurations. They are not interchangeable solely because the profile code matches.
A, CN and Euro-reference labels identify the supplied source configurations, not standards certification or universal compatibility.
A standalone option supplies one pivot joint. Socket-head bolts or a slider are supplied only when specifically listed in the selected kit.
Bolts and sliders have metric threads. The supplied dimensions and original photographs are reference information, not a certified manufacturing drawing.
Confirm the mating extrusion slot, locating-key width, mounting-hole diameter, bolt engagement, available pivot clearance and final orientation before ordering.
No exact angular travel, certified load, torque rating, material certificate or fixed delivery time is implied.

Model-Specific Original Product Photographs
The original real-product photographs and dimension lines are retained. Kit images use the original product/fastener portion. Aluminum CN kits use the clean matching standalone joint photograph, with bolt references shown above and supply contents listed explicitly. Inch equivalents are rounded to three decimals using mm ÷ 25.4. Metric values govern. Confirm actual tolerances and final dimensions before manufacture.

Assembly and Custom Requirements
Check the actual extrusion drawing and the required joint configuration. Confirm that bolts and sliders fit the intended slot, and that the screw length provides adequate engagement without bottoming out or obstructing pivot movement. Extrusions and accessories outside the selected supply list are not included. Installation and load suitability must be assessed for the specific assembly.
For custom orders, send the selected SKU, quantity, extrusion cross-section, required joint position, mounting details, material, finish and tolerances. Agree the final drawing and complete supply scope in writing. Contact boltte@boltte.com or BOLTTE on WhatsApp.
