Recommended applications

• Large sheet-metal panels, automotive bodies, glass panels, rigid plastic parts, wood panels and other heavy non-porous workpieces.
• Robotic transfer, machine loading, panel handling, palletizing and high-load industrial automation.
• Bellows versions for curved or height-varying parts and flatter versions for stable positioning on broad flat surfaces.

Model and selection notes

• HBS and HBN are bellows-type heavy-duty models; HM and WH identify the listed foam/contact version. Confirm the exact diameter and body profile.
• Choose diameter and thread size according to the available sealing area, workpiece mass and dynamic load.
• Use multiple cups and a structural support arrangement for large panels; do not rely on one cup without a verified safety calculation.
• Actual capacity depends on vacuum level, center-of-gravity offset, lateral acceleration, surface finish and safety factor.
