Non-standard custom made. These ground support bases secure an aluminum-extrusion upright to a mounting surface. Select the exact profile reference, material and single- or dual-slot configuration. Price is for one base. Order quantity 1 means one base.

Selection and Application

• Die-cast aluminum references: 4040 and 4080. Carbon-steel references: 2020, 2040, 2525, 3030, 3060, 4040, 4080, 4545, 6060 and 8080.
• 6060 carbon-steel bases have separate single-slot and dual-slot options. Verify the actual profile cross-section, slot positions and available mounting space.
• The upright receives the extrusion; the base mounting slots allow alignment with suitable floor or machine-base fasteners.
• Bolts, nuts, anchors, extrusions, floor fixings and other installation components are not included unless separately agreed.
• Material grade, finish, tolerances, anchor design and installation load requirements must be confirmed for the application. Source profile labels do not guarantee universal compatibility.

Original photographs and dimension lines are retained. Metric source values govern. Inch equivalents are rounded to three decimals at 1 in = 25.4 mm. H identifies upright or overall height as shown in the specific reference, t identifies thickness. The circular inset is the rear view. Check the original arrows for the location of each dimension. Reference drawings and manually measured photographs may differ; agree a final drawing before manufacture.

Send the selected SKU, quantity, extrusion drawing, slot width and center spacing, anchor arrangement and required material or finish. Confirm base dimensions, hole layout, upright clearance and installation requirements. No certified load rating, universal extrusion fit or fixed delivery time is implied by these images.
