ZP2-TB Flat Vacuum Suction Cups
Flat vacuum suction cups with integrated mounting fittings for automated handling, packaging, electronics, sheet materials and general industrial pick-and-place systems.
- H5, B5, H6 and A5 mounting configurations
- White silicone, black nitrile rubber, conductive silicone and conductive NBR variants
- Model-specific product views with dimensional drawings
Read the complete ZP2-TB mounting and material code
A ZP2-TB replacement needs the cup model, material code and mounting suffix. Do not build an unlisted combination by mixing parts of different option names.
| Mounting group | Selector evidence and check |
|---|---|
| H5 / B5 | Material availability varies by complete option; check the selected connection drawing. |
| H6 | These option labels state M6×1 Thread. Verify the rest of the mounting geometry. |
| A5 | Keep the exact listed code, including MGS on the conductive-silicone options. |
Conductive or anti-static wording alone does not establish a resistance value or ESD certification. Confirm the required electrical properties with supporting data. This table does not decode H5, B5 or A5 into unverified thread dimensions.
Applications and Suitable Workpieces
ZP2-TB Flat Vacuum Suction Cups with Mounting Fittings: Flat suction cups provide stable positioning on smooth, flat or only slightly curved non-porous workpieces.
Recommended applications
- Sheet metal, glass, smooth plastic parts, coated panels, electronics panels and other flat industrial components.
- Machine loading and unloading, sorting, assembly, transfer and general automated pick-and-place.
- Thin sheets where a low internal volume and controlled vacuum can help reduce movement during pickup.
Model and selection notes
- ZP2-TB diameter, H5/B5/H6/A5 mounting style and MTS/MTN/MGS material code together define the complete model.
- Select diameter according to the available sealing area, workpiece mass, acceleration and mounting direction.
- Silicone suits clean parts and wider temperature conditions; NBR suits general industrial use, abrasion and lightly oily surfaces; conductive grades are only for static-sensitive handling where identified.
- Rough, porous, deeply curved or perforated surfaces may not seal. Confirm holding force on the actual part with an appropriate safety factor.
