Check the ZP-B buckle-ring condition before ordering
ZP-B options distinguish cups supplied with a buckle ring from those explicitly labeled without one. The cup family, complete suffix and ring condition all matter.
| Wording in the option | How to interpret the selection |
|---|---|
| With Buckle Ring | The option explicitly identifies a ring-equipped configuration. |
| No Buckle Ring / -X19 labels | Use the full label; check whether a separate ring is required. |
| Small / Medium / Large Buckle Ring | Separate ring-only selections with their own stated groups. |
Do not infer a ring's presence when the option does not say so. BGS anti-static wording is not a resistance or certification value; confirm any electrical requirement with model-specific evidence.
Applications and Suitable Workpieces
ZP-B Series Corrugated Vacuum Suction Cups & Buckle Rings: Bellows suction cups provide vertical stroke, damping and contour adaptation for parts with height variation, curvature or sensitive surfaces.
Recommended applications
- Curved or slightly uneven plastic parts, cartons, packaged goods, formed panels, glass and general industrial components.
- Mold unloading, machine tending, sorting, assembly and robotic pick-and-place where gentle contact is required.
- Multiple-cup grippers handling parts with small differences in height or position.
Model and selection notes
- ZP-B size, material suffix and buckle-ring condition define the model. Cup and small/medium/large buckle rings are separate parts.
- More bellows layers provide greater stroke and height compensation but can allow more lateral movement; select the profile for the required stability.
- Use the exact model dimensions and thread configuration shown in the product image when matching an existing holder.
- Holding force depends on sealing area, vacuum level, surface condition, acceleration and safety factor; test the actual workpiece.
