Manual suction-cup holding tools for LCD screen PCBs and COF flexible circuits. Choose a single or double clip to match your circuit-board support and service setup.

Applications / Suitable For

LCD screen circuit boards, OC glass circuit assemblies, COF flexible-circuit positioning and compatible electronic repair work. Attach the suction cup to a clean, smooth surface, position the clip, and check stability before working. Avoid loading delicate connections. Release the suction cup carefully when removing or repositioning the tool.

Available configurations

• Single Clip / 110 mm: length 110 mm, width 22 mm, suction cup diameter 35 mm.
• Double Clip / 147 mm: overall length 147 mm, width 96 mm, inner spacing 62 mm, arm length 76 mm, suction cup diameter 50 mm.
• Single Clip / 100 x 35: source option label retained. Its supplied image is labeled 130 mm, so an exact photo is not shown.
• Single Clip / 130 x 35: red COF clip, body 130 x 14 mm (length x width), suction cup diameter 35 mm, source model LY-130x35.

Materials and use

Silicone suction cups and transparent or red clip bodies as pictured. The source describes durable, heat-resistant, non-marking suction and stable holding. It does not provide a numerical temperature limit, holding-force rating or ESD resistance. Test suitability, surface compatibility and stability for your workpiece before use.
