BOLTTE 45 Steel Single & Double Disc Diaphragm Couplings
BOLTTE 45 steel disc couplings connect motor and driven shafts in servo, ball-screw and machine transmission assemblies. The series includes single- and double-disc configurations with clamp, set-screw and locking-assembly hubs.
Configuration guide
- Single-disc configurations: HJSG, HJNST, HJNT and HJSZ.
- Double-disc configurations: HJLG, HJNLT, HJMT and HJLZ.
- Outer diameter, overall length and available bore range are shown in the configuration selector.
- Both hubs and the coupling body are specified as 45 steel in the source product data.
Ordering and installation
- Select the required hub type, outer diameter, length and bore range.
- State the finished bore dimensions for both shafts in the order requirements.
- Confirm shaft tolerances, keyway or clamping requirements, installation clearance and fastener access before ordering.
- Accurate shaft alignment is important. Verify torque, speed and permitted axial, angular and parallel misalignment for the application before use.
