Model selection
- Model format: Z1-bore x outer diameter x width.
- Bore sizes: 6 mm to 120 mm, depending on model.
- Outer diameters: 9 mm to 134 mm, depending on model.
- Widths: 4.5 mm to 21 mm, depending on model.
Z1 locking assembly: three mating dimensions to check
The Z1 code is formatted as bore x outside diameter x width. For example, Z1-6x9x4.5 lists a 6 mm bore, 9 mm outside diameter and 4.5 mm width.

Is a Z1 assembly the same as a split shaft collar?
No. Z1 is listed for a shaft-to-hub connection, whereas a collar is used for positioning or retention. Confirm the function, load and mating geometry before substituting components.
