PFYN Flat Vacuum Suction Cups with G1/4 Female Thread: Flat suction cups provide stable positioning on smooth, flat or only slightly curved non-porous workpieces.
Recommended applications
- Sheet metal, glass, smooth plastic parts, coated panels, electronics panels and other flat industrial components.
- Machine loading and unloading, sorting, assembly, transfer and general automated pick-and-place.
- Thin sheets where a low internal volume and controlled vacuum can help reduce movement during pickup.
Model and selection notes
- PFYN60, PFYN80 and PFYN95 identify diameter; white silicone and black NBR versions use the same listed G1/4 female connection.
- Select diameter according to the available sealing area, workpiece mass, acceleration and mounting direction.
- Silicone suits clean parts and wider temperature conditions; NBR suits general industrial use, abrasion and lightly oily surfaces; conductive grades are only for static-sensitive handling where identified.
- Rough, porous, deeply curved or perforated surfaces may not seal. Confirm holding force on the actual part with an appropriate safety factor.
