Twin-Rail Vacuum Seam Setters for Panel Alignment

Operating sequence
- Clean and dry the cup contact areas. Inspect the pad lips and confirm that both panels are properly supported.
- Place one cup on each side of the joint. Seat the cups and operate each hand pump to establish a reliable seal.
- Turn the gap control to bring the joint together gradually. Avoid forcing the tool after the material contacts.
- Turn the levelling controls so the contact pads bring the two surfaces into alignment. Check alignment and protect delicate finishes.
- After the installation is supported, operate the release controls to admit air and remove the tool.
Care and package
Keep cups, rails, slides, screws and levelling contacts clean. Inspect and maintain the pictured filter/cover components. Test coatings for compatibility and avoid rough, porous or contaminated surfaces that cannot retain vacuum.
