PTFE Glass and Wafer Cleaning Racks
White PTFE cleaning racks with a circular slotted disc and lifting handle. The source identifies use with conductive glass and silicon wafers. Choose the disc diameter and slot width required for your samples and vessel. The family photographs show several sizes for comparison, not a multi-size package.
Available Configurations
Nominal disc thickness is 9 mm (0.354 in), as marked on the original model photographs. Inch values are rounded to three decimal places.

Construction and Material
The original detail image identifies PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) construction and calls out the handle, slotted basket disc and threaded installation. The slots allow liquid to reach the supported samples and drain during lifting. The source describes the PTFE surface as low-adhesion and chemically resistant, but does not provide a tested chemical-compatibility list, concentration limit, temperature rating or load capacity. This is an open slotted rack, not a sealed vessel.
Choosing a Size
The 100, 250, 500 and 1000 mL beaker references are nominal guidance from the source, not a guarantee for every beaker shape. Check the actual internal diameter, mouth opening, liquid depth, handle clearance and sample size. Compare the sample thickness with the selected 1.5 or 2.5 mm slot width. Manufacturing tolerances, slot depth, slot count, handle length and maximum sample dimensions are not specified. Confirm fit and safe handling before use.
Use and Care
Inspect the rack and threaded connection before loading. Place compatible samples without forcing them into the slots. Select a cleaning liquid and operating temperature suitable for both the PTFE rack and the samples. Lift with the handle, allow liquid to drain and follow the laboratory's chemical-handling procedures. Rinse compatible residues after use and inspect the slots, handle and attachment for wear or damage. Avoid sharp tools that can cut the PTFE or scratch the samples.
Original Product Photographs
The model images retain the supplied product photographs and original dimension arrows. Chinese labels are translated into English and millimetres are accompanied by inch equivalents. The detail photographs show the supplied component callouts, range of sizes and close-up slot patterns. Promotional discount entries, custom-quote placeholders, marketplace delivery or return notices, and absolute temperature or chemical-resistance claims are excluded.
