Polyurethane-coated guide wheels with metal hubs for wire guiding, winding, measuring and machinery contact-wheel arrangements. Select by outside diameter, tread face width, groove width and groove depth.
Choose the Finished Bore
The bore range is a configuration range, not an adjustable hole. Each wheel needs one exact finished bore. State the required bore diameter in the order requirements and confirm it with us before ordering. Do not select a range and assume any shaft within that range will fit. Dimensions are nominal; inch equivalents are rounded to three decimals.

Wheel Construction and Scope
The original photographs show yellow polyurethane tread, a metal hub, a shaft bore and side retaining-screw openings. Exact hub alloy, coating hardness, bore tolerance, screw thread, bearing configuration, allowable load, speed and temperature are not specified. Confirm these requirements for your machine rather than assuming them from appearance.
Installation and Measuring Use
- Check the finished shaft bore and retention method, total hub clearance, groove geometry and the material being guided.
- Keep the wheel aligned and ensure that the hub and screw clear adjacent parts. Isolate the machine before installation.
- For encoder or length-measurement use, calibrate the effective rolling circumference on the actual material. A nominal outside diameter is not a certified measurement accuracy.
- Inspect tread and fastening points for wear or damage. No encoder, mounting bracket, shaft or complete measuring system is included unless separately specified.
