Plastic Luer-Style Straight and Elbow Connectors, With or Without Collars

Plastic Luer-Style Straight and Elbow Connectors

Choose an individual straight connector, dark-gray male/female elbow or long barb-to-male connector. Options with and without a movable locking collar are listed separately. Collar colour is part of the selected configuration; it is not a different tubing size or an O-ring seal specification. Tubing and mating fittings are not included.

Available Models

Translucent 4.0 Straight Options

Both original source drawings show 25 mm overall length. The bare option has no locking collar; the other includes a translucent collar. Original profile measurements include 2.7, 4.0, 5.0 and 9.9 mm. The bare lower profile shows 4.5 and 4.2 mm values, while the included collar is shown as 11.1 mm across. Follow the original arrows rather than treating the source 4.0 designation as every end diameter or a complete tubing specification.

Dark-Gray Elbow Options

The two elbow configurations show 14.7 mm overall width and 22 mm height. Both retain a 4.0 mm side profile and 2.8 mm lower passage callout. The bare elbow has a 5.1 mm lower profile. The collared elbow shows an 11.0 mm collar diameter and a 10.5 mm collar section. They are separate purchasable configurations, not two pieces supplied together. Dark-gray colour does not establish a tested light-blocking or UV rating.

35.2 mm Barb-to-Male Options

The long connector is available bare or with black, white, green or translucent collar. All five source drawings show 35.2 mm overall length with common original profile values 2.6, 4.2, 5.2, 9.7, 4.0 and 2.5 mm. The bare lower profile is 5.3 mm across; the collared configurations show 11.2 mm across the collar. No separate nominal hose-ID designation is provided for this family. Check the photographed barb and mating profiles before ordering.

Material, Connection and Operating Conditions

The selected source options describe plastic components but do not identify a specific polymer or grade for every body and collar. No PP or PC grade is inferred from the appearance of another source option. Luer-style and male/female descriptions follow the source connector family and do not certify an ISO taper, thread pitch or interchangeability. A movable locking collar does not mean a pressure-rated rotary fluid swivel or a verified leakproof seal. Confirm the actual mating part, dimensions, fluid and operating conditions. Pressure, temperature, chemical compatibility, food-contact, medical and sterilization ratings are not supplied.

Original Product and Dimension Photographs

The first nine images correspond to the nine available configurations, preserving product geometry, collar colours, original metric measurements, arrows and dimension lines. Inch equivalents are approximate and rounded to three decimals. The last original family photograph shows assorted connector examples only. It is not a kit-content list, scale comparison or proof that other depicted configurations are included.
