Choose a mounting bracket or the bracket-and-wheel configuration for encoder-based length-measurement arrangements. These options have different contents. An encoder is not included in any configuration listed here.

What Is Included

Measuring Wheel and Bore Selection

• C means circumference, not diameter. The C200 wheel is specified by a nominal 200 mm (7.874 in) circumference.
• For the bracket-and-wheel option, specify the required finished wheel bore and encoder mounting interface in the order requirements and confirm them before ordering. Do not assume a shaft size from the kit photograph.
• Standalone wheels and an encoder are not part of the bracket-only options.

Bracket and Machine Fit

The photographs show a spring-loaded pivoting mounting arrangement and separate shaft-clamp supports. The horizontal bracket is a separate option. Check the encoder registration diameter, hole pattern, shaft diameter and projection, fastener access, wheel alignment and contact clearance against the actual machine. No universal encoder compatibility, spring-force rating or load capacity is specified.

Measuring and Installation

Match wheel circumference to the encoder resolution and calibrate effective travel on the actual workpiece. Contact pressure and slip affect the result. Isolate the machine during installation, secure the mount and shaft connections, and check rotation and cable clearance before operation. Inspect the polyurethane tread, spring and fastening points regularly.
