8 mm Tube Connectors for Glass-Handling Suction Cups, Black White Yellow
8 mm Tube Connectors for Glass-Handling Suction Assemblies
These compact right-angle connectors provide a plastic tube-connection body and a metal mating connection for compatible vacuum-cup fixtures. The source identifies the selectable connection size as 8 mm (0.315 in). Choose black, white or yellow; one connector is supplied per option.
Connection details
- Tube connection:8 mm nominal (0.315 in), as stated by the individual source options.
- Body: plastic, with the metal fitting/nut shown in the original photographs.
- Colours: black, white and yellow. Match the selected colour and pictured connector geometry.
- The source does not resolve the metal mating-thread standard, pitch, overall length or depth. Check the equipment or send the required interface dimensions before ordering a mating application.
Applications
For connecting compatible tube lines on glass-loading machinery, vacuum handling fixtures and suction-cup assemblies. The original installed view below shows the connector on a larger mounting base. That cup, mounting base, tubing and external vacuum supply are not included with an individual connector.
Fitment and installation
- Isolate the vacuum/air system and support the workpiece before replacing the fitting.
- Check the actual 8 mm tube connection and the mating metal thread/seat against the equipment. Do not force a connector with a different thread or sealing arrangement.
- Fit the connector and retain/seal it as required by the equipment design. Avoid twisting the plastic body or loading the tube sideways.
- Reconnect and test for leaks before returning the fixture to service.
Operating information
The collection uses general claims about pressure and corrosion resistance without numerical ratings. No maximum pressure, vacuum level, temperature limit or chemical-resistance rating is asserted here. Choose the actual material and sealing arrangement for the intended application. Availability follows the source stock record for each colour.
Package and original photos
One connector in the selected colour. The mounting assembly and other fittings shown in application/family photographs are not additional package contents.
