Material names are a starting point, not a complete specification. Each project needs an approved grade, condition and finish.
Engineering plastics
Nylon, POM, PTFE and other reviewed plastics. Consider moisture, temperature, dimensional stability and contact conditions.
Molding resins & elastomers
Use exact resin or compound grades where specified. Define color, hardness, texture and any target-market requirements.
Surface requirements
As-machined, polishing, blasting, anodizing, plating or other requested treatments are reviewed for suitability. Identify functional faces, masking and thickness requirements.
Materials, tolerances, inspection, quantity and lead time are agreed per quotation. No general precision or certification claim applies to every part.
