YL600 Upright Manual Vacuum Suction Tool

This hand-pumped tool combines a 150 mm rubber suction pad with a vertical metal handle and a plunger pump. It provides a temporary hand grip for controlled positioning and handling of a suitable smooth workpiece. One complete upright tool is supplied.

The supplied photographs show a blue metal body. General copy describes the handle material differently across source panels, so a specific metal grade is not assigned. The source describes an ABS plunger and rubber pad without a selected compound or hardness.

Applications

For controlled hand positioning of smooth automotive glass, suitable glass tank panels, sealed flat panels, tiles and similar non-porous workpieces. Source application photographs below explain possible mounting/handling contexts. Surface condition, workpiece geometry and load direction must be assessed for the actual task. Porous or rough wood, unsealed stone and dirty or damaged surfaces may not hold a stable seal.

Apply, monitor and release

1. Wipe and dry the pad and contact surface. Inspect the sealing edge for cuts, cracks or contamination.
2. Seat the pad fully and operate the upright plunger repeatedly until the red warning ring is retracted. Check that the grip is secure before applying handling force.
3. Observe the warning indicator throughout use. If the ring returns, support the workpiece and restore/check vacuum before continuing.
4. Support the workpiece, then lift the release tab at the pad edge to admit air and detach the tool.

Selection and care

Choose the tool by its actual pad size and available contact area. No certified lifting capacity, elevated-work safety rating, non-marking guarantee or dent-repair result is asserted from the source promotional figures. Keep the pad clean and protected; replace damaged sealing parts before use. A camera, vehicle, glass panel, furniture or other props shown in examples are not included.
