Model selection

• PEEK types: 4 in, 5 in, 6 in, 8 in and 12 in.
• Black anti-static types: 6 in and 8 in.
• Metal type: 8 in.
• Locking configuration: Black Anti-Static 6 in - Locking.

Ordering notes

• Select the exact material and nominal wafer size before adding the item to the cart.
