Plastic Straight Inline Buffer Bottles
Select an individual straight buffer-bottle connector in PC or PP. The two compact PC options and two elongated PP options are different body profiles. Each option supplies one selected bottle connector. Tubing, separate Luer fittings and three-way or two-bottle sets are not included.
Available Models
| Source model / profile | Material | Overall length in source drawing |
|---|
| 3.2 Straight / PC | PC | 45.5 mm (1.791 in) |
| 3.2 Long Straight / PP | PP | 67.2 mm (2.646 in) |
| 4.0 Long Straight / PP | PP | 67.3 mm (2.650 in) |
| 4.6 Straight / PC | PC | 45 mm (1.772 in) |
Compact 3.2 and 4.6 PC Options
The 3.2 straight PC source drawing shows 45.5 mm overall length and a 15 mm central-body section/width callout, with 1.9, 3.2 and 5.1 mm connection-profile values. The 4.6 straight PC option shows 45 mm overall length, 14.5 mm central section and 17.3 mm body width, plus lower connection values of 5.7, 4.6 and 2.8 mm. The clean model-labelled original photograph identifies each PC part independently; one is not substituted for the other.
Elongated 3.2 and 4.0 PP Options
The 3.2 elongated PP source drawing shows 67.2 mm overall length, 47.2 mm central length, 19.6 mm flange width and 14 mm body width. The upper connection has 2.3, 3.2 and 4.7 mm profile values. The 4.0 elongated PP drawing shows 67.3 mm overall length, 47.8 mm central length, 19.6 mm flange width and 14 mm body width, with upper profile values of 2.9, 4.8 and 5.8 mm. Its source model name remains 4.0; the separately measured 4.8 mm drawing value is not changed to match the model name.
Dimensions and Selection
Dimension values are transcribed from the corresponding original source drawings; the clean variant photographs are native-scale crops of the explicitly labelled original family photograph. No dimension arrows or product geometry have been reconstructed. The numeric model designation is not a complete hose-ID specification for every profile. Confirm the actual tubing fit, retention, mounting clearance and fluid compatibility. PC means polycarbonate and PP means polypropylene.
Operating Conditions
The source describes inline buffer-bottle connectors but does not provide a tested reservoir volume, pressure or vacuum rating, flow curve, temperature range, service life or gas-separation efficiency. No filter element, automatic valve function, sterile condition, medical or food-contact certification is claimed. Confirm the operating conditions and mating parts before installation.
Original Product Photographs
The first four photographs correspond to the four selectable models. Product pixels are retained at their original scale without redrawing or invented geometry. Supplier labels in the final original comparison photograph are translated into English; that photograph also shows a 6.0 PC example that is not available in this listing. The comparison is not a kit-content list or a scale drawing. Approximate inch equivalents are rounded to three decimals.
