Material considerations

Cup elastomer, sealing lip, body and thread material from the listed model.

Design & mating interfaces

Check workpiece mass, surface, acceleration and mounting thread. Holding-force figures need the stated test conditions and a suitable safety review.

Inspection & validation

Cup condition; model and connection; a trial on the real workpiece.

Inspection methods and reports are provided only when agreed in the order.

Selection checklist

Workpiece photo and mass; surface condition; existing model and mounting size.

For an existing component, start with the model and mating dimensions. A new drawing is not required simply to browse or buy a listed model.
