BOLTTE QLF68 QLF90 Silicone Vacuum Cups for Woven Bag Opening - 68/90 mm

QLF68 vs QLF90: model selection

• QLF68: 68 mm cup diameter; check the QLF68 dimension drawing for the mounting interface.
• QLF90: 90 mm cup diameter; check the QLF90 dimension drawing before substituting it for another cup.

Both listed models are silicone vacuum cups for robotic woven-bag handling and bag-opening equipment. Diameter alone does not confirm a replacement fit. Compare the existing cup, available contact area and mounting dimensions with the selected model.

Checks before ordering and installation

• Keep the cup contact area clear of bag edges and seams.
• Check sealing on representative woven-bag samples; surface texture and leakage can vary.
• Verify vacuum build-up, grip and release through the actual machine cycle.
• Do not infer a load rating, thread size or universal machine compatibility from the nominal diameter.

For the selection process, see the bag-opening vacuum cup guide. If the mounting is uncertain, send the existing cup dimensions and bag application for review before ordering.
