How to Select the Right Model
- Confirm the cup style: package bag opening, multi-layer vacuum cup, or clamping pad.
- Match your required geometry and edge condition from your machine fixture.
- Cross-check diameter and mounting style directly from the variant title and image.
- Choose one exact model for trial in your line before opening batch quantities.
Material / Texture Guide
- Common materials visible in this list include Silicone, NBR (nitrile rubber), and some anti-static variants.
- Different materials have different compatibility with film, temperature exposure, and abrasion; this is best verified on your actual packaging test setup.
- Model images are the source of truth for cup profile and edge style.
Application Notes
- Flexible film and pouch handling where stable vacuum contact is required.
- Pouch opening, bag transfer, and light package transfer applications.
- If the film is thin, folded, perforated, or highly wrinkled, validate the first pilot run before production use.
Quality Selection Checklist
- Use the variant image for quick visual confirmation.
- Keep one-to-one correspondence between selected model number and listed SKU.
- Before large-scale use, complete fit test with your actual film and cycle speed.

Model and selection notes
- This mixed product contains bag-opening cups, multi-layer cups, foam/contact pads, clamping pads and fittings. Select the exact named model and image; different families are not interchangeable.
- Choose the exact cup geometry and diameter from the model image; small changes in lip shape can affect sealing on thin film.
- Silicone is commonly used for flexible sealing and wider temperature capability; NBR is useful for wear resistance and lightly oily environments.
- Wrinkling, folds, perforations and very thin film can cause leakage. Test the actual film thickness, vacuum level and cycle speed before production.

Bag-Opening Cups and Bag-Clamping Pads: Identify the Replacement
This mixed listing contains different replacement items. For example, F25 White Silicone and F25 Blue Silicone are labelled bag-opening options, while AFS-15-13-N and AFS-15-13-S are labelled bag-clamping pads. A shared packaging application does not establish the same geometry, mounting or operating function.
- Identify the complete selected model and SKU in the model table, including material, colour and any mounting or bore designation.
- Compare the selected photograph with the installed part. Confirm contact profile, measured dimensions and the machine interface before ordering.
- For bag opening, test the actual film, pickup point and machine cycle. For a clamping-pad replacement, confirm the pad and fixture requirements separately; do not substitute a vacuum cup by appearance alone.
Use the bag-opening vacuum cup selection guide for film, seal, vacuum and timing checks, and the replacement cup ordering checklist to prepare the complete model, quantity and delivery details.
Send a photograph of the installed part, its mounting and the selected model or SKU to boltte@boltte.com when the replacement is uncertain. Listed families are not confirmed drop-in substitutes for one another.
