Compare the listed FGA and FSGA options

  • FGA110 and FGA150: the selector lists white SI-55 silicone and black NBR-70 options. Match the full model and material label, not the color alone.
  • FSGA110 and FSGA150: the listed SI-55 and NBR-70 options include G1/2-IG in the model label. Check the corresponding drawing, mounting space and mating connection.
  • GA150-N-F Special: this is a separate listed option. Confirm its configuration and included parts before treating it as a replacement for an FGA or FSGA model.

What to check before ordering

Confirm whether you need a replacement cup body or a cup with mounting parts, then check the selected drawing and what is included. Model codes and outside dimensions alone do not establish rated holding force or usable compression stroke.

For rough or porous surfaces, check sealing and leakage on the actual workpiece. Validate the vacuum level, available flow, movement, load sharing and safety requirements under production conditions before selecting a model.
