FCF Series Flat Ribbed Polyurethane Vacuum Suction Cups with Fittings
FCF Flat Ribbed Polyurethane Vacuum Suction Cups
Flat polyurethane vacuum cups with ribbed suction surfaces and model-specific female- or male-thread fittings for industrial automation and material handling.
- Nominal cup sizes from 30 to 100
- Wear-resistant polyurethane construction
- Female-thread and male-thread configurations are listed as separate selectable models
- Each variant image preserves the exact product, model, fitting and technical dimensions
FCF cup model and fitting-code groups
The FCF selector pairs polyurethane cup models with distinct fitting codes. Use the full code, including the ending, when requesting a replacement.
| Cup model group | Fitting codes listed |
|---|---|
| FCF30PU / 40PU / 50PU / 60PU / 70PU | -18F and -18M |
| FCF80PU / 100PU | -38F and -38M |
The list separates female- and male-thread configurations. Verify the actual thread specification and sealing method in the chosen drawing rather than converting 18 or 38 into an assumed thread standard. Cup size alone does not establish usable holding force.
Applications / Suitable For
- Handling flat sheet metal, glass, coated panels, laminated boards and compatible carton surfaces
- Robotic pick-and-place, loading, unloading, transfer and positioning systems
- Press, fabrication and packaging equipment where the workpiece surface and cup size have been checked
Confirm the selected model drawing, thread type, workpiece surface, vacuum level, load, acceleration and material compatibility before use. No regulatory or food-contact certification is claimed.
