BOLTTE PJG Non-Marking Vacuum Suction Cups — PEEK M5/M6 and PE-A5 Fittings

PJG vacuum suction cups are intended for handling tasks where contact marking should be minimized. Choose the complete model to match cup diameter, NBR or silicone material and the specified PEEK-M5, PEEK-M6 or PE-A5 fitting; use that model's drawing as the dimensional reference.

Model selection

  • Cup diameters: 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, 15 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 30 mm, 35 mm, 40 mm and 50 mm, depending on model.
  • N models use black NBR rubber; S models use white silicone rubber.
  • Fitting configurations include PEEK-M5, PEEK-M6 and PE-A5 as identified in the selected model.
  • All dimensions in the product drawings are shown in millimetres.

Check the Complete PJG Model

  1. Select the required diameter from the sizes offered for the exact fitting configuration; not every diameter is available in every model.
  2. Use the material code correctly: N models are black NBR rubber and S models are white silicone rubber.
  3. Match the fitting label and mating interface, then check installation space and surrounding clearance against the selected drawing. Dimensions are in millimetres.
  4. Verify the actual workpiece surface, vacuum level, load, motion, orientation and operating temperature before use.

For further selection help, see Vacuum cup selection guide.

Use the selected model drawing as the dimensional reference and verify every interface dimension before use.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between PJG N and S models?

N identifies black NBR rubber and S identifies white silicone rubber. Select the material for the actual application and confirm the other model dimensions and fitting separately.

Can I choose any 6–50 mm diameter with any fitting?

No. Diameter availability depends on the model. Select an available complete configuration and use its drawing rather than combining parts from separate model names.

Does non-marking mean the cup cannot leave a mark?

PJG cups are intended to minimize contact marking, not to guarantee a mark-free result on every surface or under every operating condition. Verify the actual workpiece surface and the complete vacuum-handling conditions before use.

What must be checked when replacing an existing cup?

Compare diameter, elastomer, fitting and mating thread, installation space and surrounding clearance. Then verify vacuum level, load, motion, orientation and temperature for the application.
