ZPX Heavy-Duty Vacuum Cups — 32–125 mm

Heavy-duty vacuum cup assemblies for compatible industrial vacuum systems, robotic end-effectors and automated handling equipment. Select the complete listed model by cup diameter, HS or HN material type, and the B8, B10 or B12 mounting configuration shown in the selected drawing.

Quick Model Finder

  1. Choose cup diameter: select 32 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm, 63 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm or 125 mm to suit the workpiece and installation envelope.
  2. Choose material: HS is white silicone, labelled for -30–200°C on the supplied model images. HN is black nitrile rubber, labelled for wear and oil resistance. Confirm compatibility with the workpiece and operating environment.
  3. Choose the mounting configuration: compare the selected drawing: B8 uses M8×1.25, B10 uses M10×1.5 and B12 uses M12×1.75. The displayed configurations include a G1/8 side port.
  4. Confirm the complete code: verify the selected image, dimensions, interfaces, cup size, workpiece surface and surrounding clearance before ordering.

Product-code guide

ZPX[32/40/50/63/80/100/125][HS/HN]-B01-B[8/10/12]: the first number identifies the listed nominal cup diameter in millimetres; HS identifies white silicone and HN identifies black nitrile rubber; B8, B10 and B12 identify separate mounting-thread configurations. Select one complete listed model exactly as shown.

Suitable for

  • Industrial vacuum pick-and-place and packaging automation
  • Robotic end-effectors and automated handling equipment
  • Replacement or configuration work for compatible vacuum assemblies
  • Smooth or gently contoured workpieces after application validation

Before use

Confirm the complete selected product code, drawing, material type, thread interfaces, vacuum level, workpiece surface, payload, acceleration, temperature and operating environment before installation. No food-contact, medical, lifting-safety or regulatory certification is claimed.

FAQ

How do I choose HS or HN? Start with the material labels on the selected model image, then confirm compatibility with the application. Can I substitute B8, B10 or B12? Treat them as separate configurations and compare the selected drawing and mounting thread before substitution.
