VB30M Silicone and Nitrile Vacuum Suction Cups
Compact bellows vacuum cups for automated pick-and-place of flat or slightly uneven workpieces. The bellows shape helps compensate for small height differences while maintaining a stable seal.
Recommended applications by model
VB30M-S Silicone
• Suitable for clean sheet metal, stainless-steel and aluminum parts, glass, smooth plastic parts, coated panels and thin workpieces.
• Recommended for higher-temperature handling, molding or forming processes, packaging machinery and automation where a flexible cup is helpful.
• Silicone operating temperature shown in the technical image: -30°C to 200°C.
VB30M-N Nitrile Rubber
• Suitable for steel plate, sheet metal, machined metal parts, smooth plastic parts and general industrial workpieces.
• Recommended for repetitive handling where abrasion resistance is important, including stamping, loading/unloading, sorting and transfer stations.
• The nitrile rubber material is better suited to dry or lightly oily industrial surfaces than the silicone model.
Surface and selection notes
• Best results are obtained on smooth, non-porous or only slightly uneven surfaces.
• Rough, porous, heavily textured, sharp-edged or strongly curved workpieces may not seal reliably; test the actual part before production use.
• Holding force depends on vacuum level, surface finish, workpiece weight, acceleration, mounting direction and safety factor.
