Vacuum Pickup Connector Sleeves and Rotary Connector Seats
Select one of four standalone connector components for vacuum pickup head integration. The brass sleeve has opposite 5 mm and 7 mm bores and a 24 mm overall height. Three connector seats have a 10.8 mm outer body diameter, a 7 mm upper step and either a 4 mm or 5 mm round bore. Each option is a single selected component. Two orientations in a photograph show the same configuration and do not indicate a two-piece pack or a complete kit.
Dimensions and Model Selection
| Component | Height | Body OD | Bore |
|---|
| Brass sleeve | 24 mm / 0.945 in | 10 mm / 0.394 in | 5 mm / 0.197 in / 7 mm / 0.276 in |
| Connector seat | 10.5 mm / 0.413 in | 10.8 mm / 0.425 in | 5 mm / 0.197 in |
| Connector seat | 14.5 mm / 0.571 in | 10.8 mm / 0.425 in | 5 mm / 0.197 in |
| Connector seat | 10.5 mm / 0.413 in | 10.8 mm / 0.425 in | 4 mm / 0.157 in |
Connector Seat Features
The seat drawings show a 7 mm (0.276 in) upper step and a tapped opening labeled 5 mm (0.197 in). A thread pitch or verified thread designation is not provided. Confirm the actual thread and mating part before installation. The 14.5 mm (0.571 in) seat additionally shows a 7.5 mm (0.295 in) stepped section. The lower round bore is 5 mm (0.197 in) on the two 5 mm options, and 4 mm (0.157 in) on the 4 mm option. Side retaining hardware and surface form can be compared in the original photographs.
Brass Sleeve
The original sleeve photograph shows a 10 mm (0.394 in) outer diameter, 24 mm (0.945 in) height and opposite 5 mm (0.197 in) and 7 mm (0.276 in) bores. This is a connector sleeve, not a pneumatic rotary union, a motor or a complete vacuum pickup assembly.
Supply Scope and Compatibility
Only the selected sleeve or connector seat is supplied. Motors, drivers, rotary fittings, tubing, sensors, nozzle bodies and vacuum generators are not included. Confirm bore size, connection depth, retaining method, thread engagement and clearance with the mating assembly. Similar overall heights do not establish interchangeability with larger anti-rotation sleeves or other nozzle holder families.
Installation and Care
Isolate the equipment before installation. Inspect the mating surfaces and bore for damage or debris. Align the mating parts without forcing them and check secure retention. After integration, check free movement and vacuum leakage in the assembled head before production. No rated speed, bearing type, leak rate, load capacity or electrical performance is specified for these standalone parts.
Original Component Photographs
The original photographs and dimension leaders are retained at native resolution. Chinese labels are translated into English and equivalent inches are shown beside the relevant dimensions. Inch values are rounded to three decimal places. Use the original millimetre values for fit decisions.
