T-Handle Hand-Pump Vacuum Suction Cups
A hand-operated pump evacuates the sealing pad to provide a temporary grip on a smooth non-porous workpiece. The T-shaped handle is used for controlled positioning and hand handling. Choose the physical series, nominal size and pump-body colour.
RC and standard versions
- RC series: black pump body, 4.5-inch and 6-inch nominal choices. Individual RC drawings show 113 mm (4.449 in) and 150 mm (5.906 in) pad diameters and a 95 mm (3.740 in) overall height.
- Standard series: separate white, black and blue pump-body choices in 4.5-inch and 6-inch nominal sizes. These use the configuration and protective pad cover shown in the individual photographs. The colour refers to the pump body, not to a white or blue sealing pad.
- The nominal 4.5/6-inch family labels are not exact conversions of the RC metric drawings. Standard-series actual metric pad diameters are not specified on the individual supplied sheets; the nominal conversions are 114.3/152.4 mm.
Applications
Use for temporary grip and positioning on appropriate glass, smooth tiles, smooth metal and sealed smooth panels. Confirm that the actual workpiece surface seals reliably. This listing does not specify a certified lifting working-load limit, an overhead lifting system or a moving-vehicle transport rating.
How to apply and release
- Check that the pad, seal lip and filter are clean and undamaged. Wipe the workpiece and let the surface dry.
- Seat the pad flat against the smooth surface and keep light pressure on the base while operating the hand pump.
- Continue pumping until the coloured warning indicator is retracted as described by the selected device instructions. Confirm a firm seal before applying force.
- Support the workpiece first, then operate the release control to admit air and detach the pad. Do not pull forcibly against an unreleased seal.
Recheck the seal periodically and whenever the indicator returns. The supplied use notes recommend a check at least every four hours for stationary use; inspect more often when surface condition or handling changes. Do not use a damaged pad or rely on a porous, rough or contaminated surface. Keep a protective cover over the pad during storage where supplied.

Each selectable option is one hand-pump suction cup. Other tools, glass, panels and vehicles in application photos are not supplied. Compare the individual configuration picture before choosing the RC or standard series.
