T-1831 Manual Silicone Vacuum Pickup Bulb

A hand-operated silicone squeeze bulb with an interchangeable single-layer suction cup for handling suitable small parts. Choose one of 12 cup diameters in black or white. Each selectable configuration is a T-1831 bulb fitted with the specified cup, not a set of all 24 configurations.

Product Features

• One-piece molded silicone bulb with a smooth curved surface.
• Close-fitting connection designed to help maintain the suction seal.
• Interchangeable large-head, single-layer silicone cups.
• Black bulb with a black or white cup. White cups may appear translucent.
• 12 cup diameters: 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 50 mm.
• Hand-operated pickup reduces direct finger contact with the workpiece.

Use on a clean surface that allows a reliable cup seal. The suitable workpiece size and weight depend on cup size, surface condition and the available seal. No rated lifting capacity is supplied.

How to Use

1. Move the cup above the item.
2. Squeeze the bulb to expel air, seat the cup against the surface, and allow the bulb to recover to create suction.
3. Lift and move the item gently to the target position.
4. Squeeze the bulb again to release the item.

All dimensions below are in millimeters. Both black and white cup versions are selectable for each model. The supplied C04 white-cup variant image and long detail reference differ in overall length, as identified below. Confirm this length if it is critical to your application.

Compatible Cup Drawing Dimensions

The source identifies white cups as VS1/SP and black cups as VS1-GS. The black GS cups are described as antistatic, but no electrical resistance value or tested ESD rating is supplied. Cup codes below identify the compatible cup reference; the purchase options above are the complete T-1831 configurations.
